Changes in build 20251128

  • Added results of CRF (Capital Recovery Factor) and Anualized Cost in the general report and in the costs report.
  • In Simulation screen, when you save the simulation data, the Excel file obtained includes more information about the battery cycles (at the end of the Excel).
  • In Li-ion battery lifetime model “Naumann”, added possiblitiy to consider only Cycling degradation or only Calendar degradation, or both simultaneously (before it was no option, both were used).
  • Added new tab in the Li-ion battery lifetime models parameters window, for the Rainflow models applied to Li-ion, which can use different parameters to the ones used by the Rainflow models of lead-acid batteries.
  • In battery lifetime model Rainflow (normal and modified), now the user can define the low DOD limits and the multiplying factor to apply to the cycles to failure defined at 10% for the cycles between 0 and the low DOD limit value defined (before, low DOD was between 0.1% and 2%, multiplying factor was 10, and user was not able to change them).
  • Added a variant of battery lifetime model Rainflow, considering the equation of the rated cycle-life curve with parameters A and B (variant shown in Alam MJE, Saha TK. Cycle-life degradation assessment of Battery Energy Storage Systems caused by solar PV variability. IEEE Power Energy Soc Gen Meet 2016;2016:1–5).
  • In Saxena and Naumann Li-ion battery lifetime models, added options to calculate average DOD and average SOC considering cycles weight (using DOD as the weight, by default) or considering all the cycles same weight.
  • Added possibilty to select the inverter for the battery considering C-rate instead of duration.
  • In battery life model “Full equivalent cycles”, fixed bug when calculating lifetime including calendar ageing. IT COULD IMPLY CHANGE IN RESULTS of previous projects where battery lifetime was calculated considering full eq. cycles and calendar ageing simultaneously.
  • In Li-ion battery lifetime model “Naumann”, fixed bug of FEC calculation. IT COULD IMPLY CHANGE IN RESULTS of previous projects where Naumann battery lifetime model was used.
  • Fixed bugs in battery lifetime model Rainflow (modified version).
  • Fixed bugs in battery lifetime model Wang. IT COULD IMPLY CHANGE IN RESULTS of previous projects where Wang battery lifetime model was used.
  • Fixed bugs related to the strategy of electrolyzer full load when there is load and in some cases of battery control strategy.
  • Fixed minor bugs.
